Hi, I’m
Ioanna Solaki
Authenticity & Mindset Coach
Mother. Expat. Former engineer. And someone who found herself after being lost for many years.
If you’ve landed here...
Chances are you’re feeling a little lost.
Maybe, from the outside, your life looks the way it’s supposed to. The job, the family, the friends. But inside, something feels off. Like you’ve been living on autopilot, doing what is expected, being who others need you to be. Every week feels the same.
You might feel empty, bored, or frustrated. There’s never time for you. You can’t remember the last time you did something just because you loved it. Part of you says keep pushing. Another part says you should be grateful, so you don’t complain.
And somewhere along the way, you lost touch with who you actually are.
That restlessness. That nagging feeling of who am I actually? Is this it? Is this really the life I want? I know it well. Because I’ve been there too.
My story
I spent years being the good girl, following the rules. I studied engineering, moved countries, built a career that looked great on paper, became a mother. I was ticking all the boxes.
And yet something felt completely off. I no longer knew who I was underneath all the roles I was playing. Mother, partner, expat, engineer. I had lost touch with myself so gradually that I barely noticed it happening.
For years it was only a nagging feeling that something wasn’t right for me. I pushed it aside and kept going. Then I became a mother, and it got so loud I couldn’t ignore it anymore. Is this it? Isn’t there more to life than this? I finally stopped and asked myself, who am I really, underneath all of this?

So I started my own journey. I worked with a coach, and I learnt how to listen to myself and to what’s truly important to me. I realized I didn’t want to be an engineer any more, and so I quit my engineering job. This was big and scary, but it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. It felt so liberating. Along the way, my true calling was revealed to me: coaching.
And it didn’t stop at work. It changed how I showed up as a mother, as a partner, as a friend. I started speaking up for my needs. How I felt in my body. How I made decisions. The lightness I felt when I stopped living for everyone else and started living for myself.
Living authentically isn’t something you figure out once and that’s it. It’s an ongoing process, and I still check in with myself from time to time to make sure my life decisions align with what’s important to me.
Living authentically becomes a way of living, where your needs and your desires come first and guide you like a compass.
That journey is what brought me to this work. I became an authenticity and mindset coach because I know what it feels like to be lost, and I know what is possible on the other side.
My mission
To create a safe and nurturing space where women can slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with who they really are, so they can live with more authenticity, lightness, and joy.
I want to help as many women as possible stop shrinking themselves, hiding parts of who they are, or living by other people’s rules. Every woman deserves to hear that it’s okay to take up space. It’s okay to speak up for your needs. And it’s not selfish.
Why authenticity?
Because it’s what was missing when I felt lost. I didn’t need a new goal or a better routine. I needed myself. When I started living by my own values and listening to my needs, everything else got lighter: my decisions, my relationships, my energy.
Authenticity isn’t about being perfect, or becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to who you already are, and building your life from there.
