Who I am
My website address is https://solakicoaching.com. The website belongs to Solaki Coaching, run by Ioanna Solaki in the Netherlands (KvK number 93033427). You can contact me at info@solakicoaching.com. I am responsible for the personal data described on this page. This page covers this website only.
Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, I receive your name, your email address and your message. I use them only to reply to you. You give your consent by ticking the box and sending the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing me. A hidden spam protection field on the form is used to filter out automated messages. It does not collect any extra information about you.
Booking a discovery call
The booking buttons on this website are links to Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes. I use them to hold the call with you. Cal.com handles this data under its own privacy policy, which applies as soon as you leave this website.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. WordPress may set technical cookies that are needed for the site to work, for example when I log in to manage it. They are not used to follow you. If this ever changes, I will update this page and ask for your consent where it is required.
Website statistics
I use Koko Analytics to see how many people visit the website and which pages they read. It counts visits in total, does not use cookies and does not store information that identifies you. The statistics stay on this website’s own server and are not shared with anyone.
Security
To protect this website against attacks, I use a security plugin called Wordfence. It may process visitors’ IP addresses to detect and block malicious traffic, and it may use Wordfence’s own service for this. I do this because I have a legitimate interest in keeping the website and your data safe. I do not use these records for any other purpose.
Embedded content from other websites
This website does not embed content from other websites, such as videos or social media posts. Links to other websites, for example Instagram or Cal.com, take you away from this website. Their own privacy policies apply from that moment.
Who I share your data with
I do not sell your data and I do not share it for advertising. Your data reaches only the services I need to run this website and to speak with you: my hosting provider mijn.host, which stores the website, Cal.com for bookings, Wordfence for website security, and my email provider for the messages we exchange. These services process your data on my behalf.
How long I keep your data
Messages and emails are kept for as long as needed to answer you and follow up. If no coaching relationship follows, I delete them after 12 months. Invoices and payment records are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to ask me for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw a consent you gave. Email me at info@solakicoaching.com and I will reply within one month. If you are not happy with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Where your data is sent
I choose services based in the European Union where possible, such as my hosting provider mijn.host. Cal.com, which I use for bookings, is based in the United States. If a service I use transfers data outside the European Economic Area, this happens only under the safeguards that the GDPR (in Dutch, the AVG) requires.
